For a more detailed discussion of your ideas, a home visit may be arranged. On the day of the consultation, I will be able to take measurements & discuss your ideas in person.

This is ideal for

• Those who want to get a bigger kitchen may want to make structural changes

• Anyone thinking of extending to a size that does not require planning

• Anyone who is doing major structural work & has plans but who wants to discuss them in detail.

I will also need

• A full set of pdf house plans& elevations (if they are available)

• A Wishlist of your ideas

• A list of appliances you are intending to use

• Images from websites to better explain your ideas

Using this information, a draft design will be drafted and color images will be sent to you for your consideration. After receiving your feedback, I can make any changes to the design and send it back to you. My final design pack, which includes the following, will be sent to you once you have approved the design.

• Full detailed floorplan

• Wall by wall detailed elevations

• Full 3D color images of the design

The designer will supply details of any changes to windows or doors on the design that differ from those on the architect's drawings so they can be corrected by your architect. Should one or more of the suggested changes not be possible, I will adjust your design accordingly.
